Shipping policy

1 - Packages are prepared and shipped on the first business day following the "preparation in progress" notification.

2 - Delivery of products purchased on the website is carried out within Italy to the shipping address specified by the Customer in the order form.

3 - Upon shipment, a confirmation email will be sent to the user to verify that the package has been handed over to the carrier. This email will also contain the tracking number, which the Customer can use to check the status of the shipment. Additionally, the tracking number will be made available within the account dashboard on the website in the "Your Orders" section or, for non-registered users, by accessing the link in the shipment confirmation email ("Shipment Confirmation Notice"). 4 - Shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Based on the rates indicated, the shipping fee is €9.90 for orders up to €99.00. For orders above this amount, shipping will be free of charge. [1, 2]

5 - The delivery obligation is fulfilled upon transferring the physical possession or control of the Products to the user. Delivery is intended at street level and will be carried out, unless otherwise specified, from Monday to Friday during normal business hours (from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), excluding national holidays.
